E.V. BATAEVA. ÀCTION-ANALYSIS AND INTERACTION-ANALYSIS OF CYBERCOMMUNICATION 6–22

Bataeva Ekaterina Viktorovna — Doctor of Philosophy, Professor of Dept of Sociology, Khrakov Humanitarian University People Ukrainian Academy. Address: 27 Lermontovskaya Str., Kharkov, Ukraine, 61024. Phone: +38 (095) 526-47-46. Email: bataevaekaterina@yahoo.com

Abstract. In this paper, methods of action-analysis and interaction-analysis are considered as two types of content-analysis. By means of action-analysis, it is worth carrying out counting different actions realized in electronic texts; interaction-analysis has to the used for studying text forms of interaction and measuring frequency of their appearing in IRC. Àction-analysis and interaction-analysis have “processual”, dynamically developing texts as their subject. “Processuality” of the methods of àction-analysis and interaction-analysis also appears in the fact that determining of belonging for certain actions-in-text and interactions-in-text to chosen categories of analysis is performed contextually, in the process of online communication, since it is impossible to forecast exact content of text actions and interactions in advance. Before starting sociological study it is necessary to discuss and set the content of analytical models of actions and interactions as well as their main features. As for concrete online messages, their belonging to categories of àction-analysis and interaction-analysis is determined for particular situations on basis of corresponding sense features. These methods mutually add and amplify each other although can be used separately. By àction-analysis it is possible to retrieve content peculiarities of chat-communication that organize network space. By interaction-analysis, entering 3D space of interaction between several actors is performed that use series of actions for influencing behavior of each other.

Keywords: action-analysis, interaction-analysis, content-analysis, IRC, cybercommunication.

I.N. TROFIMOVA. CITIZENS IN PROTECTING THEIR RIGHTS: MOTIVES AND OPPORTUNITIES 23–33

Trofimova Irina Nikolaevna — Doctor of Political sciences, Leading Staff scientist, Institute of Sociology of Russian Academy of Sciences. Address: Krzhizhanovskogo Str., 24/35, bl. 5, Moscow, 117218, Russia. Phone: +7 (495) 670-27-40. Email: itnmv@mail.ru

Abstract. The article, on the basis of the sociological survey results, deals with the attitude of Russians to the possibility of their rights and freedoms protection. The main attention is paid to how the willingness of Russians to protect their rights is related to their perceptions of a just society and the real possibilities of their participation in social and political activities. It is shown that the willingness of different social groups to actively protect their rights is caused by a specific set of factors, motivations and opportunities for a civic participation. Youth, citizens of working age and with higher education, as well as citizens identify themselves to a higher social class, are ready to actively defend their rights. However, worsening of socio-economic conditions and narrowing of institutional possibilities to solve existing problems can lead to activation of citizens in their struggle for the rights at any territorial community, region, social group or field of activity. It is concluded that the protection of socio-economic rights is more important for the Russians than the protection of political rights. Certainly, civic activity is an important factor in ensuring social and political stability, reducing risk of radicalization in public sentiments and growth of offenses.

Keywords: civic engagement, social and economic rights, political rights, social groups, institutional factors, motives, opportunities.

Abstract. In the article an attempt is made to consider systematically the corporatization within the military organization, realized on several levels of the military-professional cooperation. While the authors are analyzing relations inside the military organization which are realized on interpersonal, intergroup, personal-group and organization-group levels of cooperation, they show the peculiarities of building the corporatization on each level and in the military organization as a whole. It’s proved that the main level of building the military corporatization at present is organization-and-group level and its subjects of cooperation are military men and the military organization as a part of governmental power and managing. The article suggests a new point of view on the considered phenomenon of the corporatization in military-professional sphere situating between corporatization as «mutual responsibility» and corporatization as ethics and culture of relationships within the organization. The new term – corporate protectability as an alternative to the current legal protectability – is introduced into scientific sphere. Actual opposition between corporate and legal protectability, which are one of the obstacles to the consolidated professional society, are stated. The article gives an opportunity to draw a conclusion about actual level of corporatization of military men and efficiency of performing its functions by the military organization.

Keywords: corporatization, the military organization, internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, military men, trust, corporate protectability, relations inside the military organization.

N.A. VYALYKH. THEORETICAL BACKGROUNDS OF THE SOCIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF MEDICAL CARE CONSUMPTION 46–65

Vyalykh Nikita Andreevich — Candidate of Sociological Sciences, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Theoretical Sociology and Methodology of Regional Studies at Southern Federal University (Rostov-on-Don). Address: Pushkin Str., 160 – 209, Rostov-on-Don, 344006, Russia. Phone: +7 (951) 846-79-37. Email: sociology4.1@yandex.ru

Abstract. The topicality of the article is the necessity to construct theoretical bases of medical care consumption study in sociology. The purpose of this article is a systematic analysis of the content and boundaries in using the category of medical care consumption in sociological science. The novelty of the work is expressed in the applying of transdisciplinary methodological principle in medical care consumption phenomenon study. The author comes to the conclusion about the possibility of integrating of biomedical, valeological, axiological, economic, socio-cultural approaches for better sociological understanding of illness behaviour. Micro sociological perspective views medical care consumption as a stage of individual “disease career” in the social relation context. Macro sociological tradition is concerned with primarily how institutional limitations and cultural program of society influence medical activity. Socially-status and socio-cultural differences produce consumer strategies due to which form a secondary stratified division of society in the sphere of medical care consumption. Thus, the task of modern sociology, in the opinion of the author, is to link the socio-cultural basis of medical care consumption strategies with socio-economic structure of society. At the end of article the author emphasizes that sociological approach allows to reveal the hidden subjective and objective factors of medical care accessibility, as well as to define the reasons and effects of obvious limitations in medical care system.

Keywords: Consumption, medical care, healthcare, activity, culture, differentiation.

V.G. SUKHANOV. ANALYSIS OF THE MAIN REASONS FOR SOCIAL INSUFFICIENCY OF THE INVALIDS WITH STOMA 66–77

Sukhanov Viacheslav Gennadievich — Candidate Of Sociological Sciences, Doctoral Candidate of Faculty of Management Russian State Social University, the President of Regional Public Organization of Ostomy Invalids «ÀSÒÎÌ». Address: Kovrov per., 28/1, Moscow, 109544, Russian Federation. Phone: +7 (495) 678-27-30. Email: astommoscow@yahoo.com

Abstract. Invalids with stoma form a group of individuals with specific restrictions of life activity related to severe diseases or trauma of the intestine or the urinary tract that result in stoma formation. The article presents results of a sociological analysis of principal causes that create main barriers to the integration of people with stoma into society conducted by questioning and survey and monitoring methods. The range of restrictions include somatic disorders, labor segregation, low income, constraints of social and living environment, information and legal, emotional and psychological as well as communication barriers. Barriers to integration of the invalids with stoma into society arise because of the lack of data on the socio-medical characteristics of the invalids with stoma as a group of invalids, their rehabilitation needs, disharmony in the relationship of the individual with a stoma with the society and the state. Therefore, the task of overcoming environmental constraints, which is a common concern of the society and the state, can be achieved by innovative principles of rehabilitation management.

Keywords: invalids with stoma, rehabilitation system, quality of life, innovative rehabilitation.

Abstract. Nikolai Ivanovich Kareev (1850–1931) — prominent sociologist and historian, one of the originators of Russian sociology, represents its psychological branch. The major problematic domains of the research are the method of social cognition, collective psychology as the basis of the society, the historical process. This review by Kareev is dedicated to the work of K.M. Tahtarev “The science of social life, its events, their correlations and regularity”, which was published in 1919 in Petrograd. The review was written by Kareev in 1921 and delivered as a lecture at the session of the Russian sociological community. The review covering K.M. Tahtarev’s ideas consists of five parts — the first part is dedicated to the analysis of some factual inaccuracy of the author, parts two, three and four retell the content of the paper. In the fifth part there is a very valuable analysis of the K.M. Tahtarev’s programme of teaching sociology as an educational discipline. This review is to be the most detailed overview of the young sociologist’s work. The main targets for Kareev’s criticism are the flabbiness of Tahtarev’s work and his inaccuracy in the presentation of historic data. Kareev highly appreciated Tahtarev’s contribution to the teaching of sociology. It is the first time this document found in the Kareev’s private fund in the Department of manuscripts in the Russian State Library is published.
