This is a very solid academic journal which publishes high level research papers. The articles are of high quality and the language is clear, the topics represent the forefront of sociological research which does not limit itself to Russian topics. The articles are highly readable, the language is clear, the cited literature overall is representative of the current research in respective areas of study. The editorial board comprises leading Russian and several leading foreign scholars.
