The analysis of deviantogenic factors was carried out at two levels: the macro level - the state of society, the economic situation, the characteristics of the system of social norms, values, etc.; micro level - features of family relations, the social status of the individual, psychological characteristics, etc. To assess the state of the system for preventing the destructive behavior of children and young people in the Russian Federation, it was proposed to develop a «map of tension in the regions», based on a step-by-step analysis of all causal investigative complex of deviant and delinquent behavior of young people.
