Abstract

The article attempts to assess the relevance of the imperial organization of political space, taking into ac- count modern perceptions of empire. The assumption that the empire is the dominant type of polity even today allows us to rethink the logic of major political processes, including colonialism, post-colonialism, as well as their future.
