Abstract

The study set a goal, based on the results of a sociological study, to analyze the main life goals of migrants from Central Asian countries, to identify the features of the terminal values of respondents and their formative factors. It is shown that for the vast majority of all generations of migrants, the main life goal/achievement is to create a family. For generation X, the value of Living in peace, feeling safe, not feeling the threat of violence is more significant, generation Z Having an interesting job that allows you to show your abilities and talents, Confidence in the future, having favorable prospects. Migrants, compared to Muscovites, are more likely to adhere to an authoritarian system of power relations in the family, and among Generation Z there is a higher commitment to a democratic, egalitarian type. The results of the study can be used by the authorities in the preparation and implementation of a set of measures aimed at the social well-being of Russia.
