Abstract

The chapter examines the problems of perception of contradictions by different groups of Russians and the dynamics of this perception since the 2000s. Special attention is paid to other consolidating/deconsolidating factors, in particular the specific identities, norms and values of Russians, which can act as integrators or disintegrators of Russian society.
