Abstract

The article presents the results of sociological analysis of relationships between a normative model and actual interaction of experts in courts on the basis of critical discoursive analysis and Bourdieu's theory of the juridical field. The main types of strategical and tactical activities of the experts at pre-trial and trial stages are generalized on the basis of in-depth interview.
