Abstract

The high level of conflict of modern society determines the theoretical search for solutions to problems and actualizes the problem of consolidation of society and the achievement of socially significant goals. At the same time, the new reality implies a change in approaches to the assessment of political institutions, processes and relations. This problem is of interest not only for researchers, but also for government structures, the legitimacy of which is directly dependent on the level of trust in it, the presence of political consent and the level of consolidation in society. Under the influence of the rapid development of information and communication technologies, communications and their communication component are undergoing serious transformations. From the perspective of the development and improvement of the system of political communications in modern Russia, it is important to expand the technological capabilities of the new mechanism of social communication that is emerging today. Network public policy, new network practices, and changes in communication mechanisms in politics are leading to new hybrid forms. Since the beginning of the XXI century in Russia there is a formation of a new political space in the conditions of network society: political practices and political relations are modified, their new models and forms appear, which together have a significant impact on the socio-political dynamics in society. There is no doubt that the future of political communications is not only connected with new trends in technological terms, but also in the coordination of the interests of large social groups, citizens and government structures. Thus, political communications are a mechanism not only to achieve political agreement, but also to consolidate Russian society.
