Yadov Seminar

A new theoretical and methodological seminar has started the work in the Institute of Sociology of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The seminar is devoted in memory of s famous Russian sociologist Yadov Vladimir A.

The first session will be on November, the 2, 2015. The seminar will run two or three times per month.

Gofman Alexander B. will make a report “Idea of social solidarity and sociological lessons of its history” (Doctor of Sociological Sciences, Professor)

Yadov V. A. is the founding father of the modern Russian sociology. For all research workers of the Institute of Sociology of the Russian Academy of Sciences he was not only an eminent scientist but also a wise mentor, spiritual leader and true friend.
