New article

 New article "Oleg Yanitsky. Rivers without boundaries (RwB): Some preliminary remarks" is published. The RwB project (Simonov, 2017) marks a new stage in environmental sciences and politics: the turn to global interdisciplinary plans and projects. Speaking in spatial terms, this project embraces a great part of the Eurasia but in geopolitical terms it’s a true global project and action plan with a lot of local, regional, subcontinental and global consequences. The RwB not simply a particular project but the coalition of various specialists working on the project titled the Protection of the Eurasian Transboundary Rivers.
