Yadov's Sociology. Methodological Conversation

The volume dedicated to the memory of the famous scientist, the pioneer of Russian sociology Vladimir Aleksandrovich Yadov (1929-2015) contains selected works which have been published during more than half a century of his professional career. The core of the book is centered around Yadov’s scientific interests and their constant long-life development. The book provides an overview of his works contributed to the formation and development of sociology as a science and sociological knowledge, his civic position in Soviet time and in contemporary life. The works  are selected and grouped according to thematic sections in such a way as to give readers an idea of the main topics of Yadov's sociology, as well as to show his activity in science as a "single sociological design", to which he invariably followed. The emphasis is on the methodological leitmotif of Yadov's sociology.
