Abstract

The article considers those social subjects of socio-cultural changes whose influence on the development of Russian culture has increased recently. We are talking about new social formations – the middle class, the precariat, etc., about the structures of civil society and the media, which, including the Internet, are becoming an increasingly significant factor in socio-cultural transformations.
