Abstract

The book contains the results of fundamental and applied complex sociological studies of the influence of the main factors on the processes of human capital reproduction in the spatial context of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation, previously presented in separate articles by the authors. Within the framework of a new conceptual approach, using the example of individual regions (the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and the Arkhangelsk Region), the general and special features of human capital necessary for the spatial development of the Arctic territories, their neo-industrial development, while maintaining the natural and climatic balance and preventing environmental risks, are shown. indigenous small-numbered peoples of the North, other actors who linked their life with the Far North.
