The monograph is devoted to the phenomenon of educational migration, which on the background of globalization in the 21st century has acquired significant proportions, and the migration educational policy has become an integral part of foreign and domestic policy states. In recent years, there have been fundamental changes in priorities in migration educational policy, constitutional and legal aspects which until now have not been theoretically and practically comprehended. The author analyzes the main problems and contradictions of regulation in areas of migration educational legislation, as well as proposed the main directions of improving migration policy in the context export of education, taking into account national strategic priorities, main trends and successful foreign practices.
