Abstract

Historical and biographical directory The last diplomats of the Russian Empire. 1900-1917, prepared by the career Russian diplomat Yu.V.Ivanov and sociologist E.Y.Ivanova, is an interesting source of information about Russian diplomats - employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs who were on active service at the beginning of the XX century, during the First World War and revolutionary transformations in Russia.
