Abstract

The subject of the research is the phenomenon of subjectivity in social management. The purpose is to conduct a comparative analysis of the concepts of subjectivity and typology of generalized representations. The systematization is based on the concept of social metaparadigms by V.A. Yadov and the typology of scientific rationality by V.S. Stepin. The article describes social management within the framework of classical, non-classical and post-non-classical views. Three problem fields were identified for solving managerial problems, taking into account systemic complexity (deterministic, self-regulating, self-developing) and types of interaction (subject-object, subject-subject, subject-polysubject). The characteristic features of subjectivity for each of the three selected types are determined. The results obtained allow us to explicate the concept for applied research. The author comes to the conclusion that the description, analysis and assessment of subjectivity in the process of social management differ depending on the complexity of the tasks being solved and should take into account the characteristics of all subjects involved in the interaction.
