Abstract

As a result of the rapid digitalization of all spheres of life, the onset of the economy-4, alarming trends are growing in the field of social and labor relations, the labor market. The proportion of those employees whose qualifications no longer meet the new requirements is increasing. So, according to research, 1/3 of the currently existing professions will finally become obsolete in the next 10 years. The problem will affect both workers and entrepreneurs, since along with high technological unemployment, there will be an acute shortage of labor with the necessary qualifications. The trend is global in nature, therefore, the topic of social responsibility of business is becoming especially relevant today all over the world, which implies its participation, among other things, in solving the tasks of adapting employees to the new realities of the labor market. It seems that negative phenomena in the field of employment can be countered with the active interaction of all subjects of social and labor relations: employees, employers and the state.
