Abstract

Postmodern conditions have changed scientific modality and social mission of practical ethics, overcoming its subordinate status into the independent scientific discipline. Its further development is less dependent on classical philosophy, contrary more stem from ideational dynamics of the civilization itself. New enlightenment, thus, spreads over based on practical ethics resolutions, rather than principles of social philosophy. The main challenge that practical ethics puts before higher education is how to include it into university cycles and programs. We do not have clear answers to these questions, but there is no way out from this new Enlightenment apart renewed practical ethics.
