Abstract

In the conditions of global turbulence of the modern world, the scientific community is actively searching for theoretical and methodological approaches and models to explain the changes taking place. One of the promising areas of research in this context is the network approach, which makes it possible to take into account new configurations of interactions and discourse of political actors to a greater extent. New impulses of network organization of interactions form a wide range of communications in social, virtual, digital spaces.  Network discourse under conditions of turbulence acquires different meanings and content, changes in the composition of its participants occur, new problems appear in the interactions of political actors. The range of network models of political practices is expanding, as well as the network context of political dialogue.
