Abstract

A modern study of macroeconomic, demographic and social indicators of territories with a critical situation in the service infrastructure in the labor market indicates that objectively there are trends that contribute to its development or, conversely, prevent its emergence. At the same time, in each region of the Russian Federation, the infrastructure for servicing the labor market is formed under the influence of the policy pursued in it, the established social, cultural, and labor traditions. The article deals with the problems of creating an effective infrastructure management system for facilities, highlights the directions of development of the infrastructure for servicing the labor market in the Russian Federation. The author of the study proposes a model for optimizing communications between labor market service infrastructure facilities.
