The model is described in three-time perspectives - short-term, medium-term and long-term. It was developed at the interdisciplinary expert foresight session «The World, Economy, Society and Technology in the Face of Complex Sustainability Issues: Forecasts of a Probable Future by 2100», held in St. Petersburg on June 16-18, 2022.
