Abstract

The intentional nuances of the concepts of social communication are analyzed. For the sustainable development of society, a model of communication focused on dialogue with mutual understanding is of paramount value: this is the only condition for finding constructive solutions in problematic and conflict situations. The task of sociological science is to promote the dissemination of such forms and methods of communication interactions that serve the interests of society, meet people's expectations and contribute to their social adaptation. A critical approach to the concepts justifying the impact and make it difficult to develop understanding skills is also important. It is important to include in the subject of sociological analysis not only the meanings of words, phrases, discourses, not only meaningful information, but also the sphere of social meanings.
