Abstract

This article deals with the first and, perhaps, the main component in the network of political relations – about a person as their source. His inclusion in politics at the individual level with a simultaneous decrease in his political activity within the framework of conventional socio-political associations leads to a change in the very essence of “political man”. He is becoming more and more autonomous and independent personality in political life. Thanks to this, more and more people are involved in politics, introducing elements of the emotional into it, thus increasing the breadth and intensity of political interactions. Thanks to the development of modern technologies, these interactions are transferred to the virtual sphere, thus acquiring not only a dynamic, but also a temporal coloring. As a result, the process of networkization of relations creates a need to understand politics and the political not from the standpoint of deductive logic based on deterministic changes set by large socio-political forms or value foundations, but based on an orientation towards the intersubjectivity of an individual political person.
