Abstract
The collective monograph contains an analysis of problems in the most relevant areas of Russian conflictological thought; The issues related to the nature and functions of modern socio-political conflicts, with the peculiarities of their determination and the influence of various objective and subjective conditions and factors of their formation are considered; mechanisms and methods of their effective prevention, regulation and resolution are substantiated. Special attention is paid to the problematic nodes of conflict processes in the modern world and Russia, as well as issues of possible contradictions The article presents an analysis of various types and types of conflicts arising in the public space and discourse of modern Russian society; focuses on the problems of conflict management processes, technologies and means leading to their settlement and resolution.
