Abstract

In the monograph in theoretical and applied perspective, based on the theoretical factual material, official statistics and results of a number of sociological researches there is analyzed the development of intellectual and innovative capacity of the regional community in Bashkortostan. There is characterized the socio-cultural development of the region on the way to building a regional community and the role of innovative potential. There is analyzed the capacity building of education of the population of the region through the prism of its availability and quality, with emphasis on the reproduction of intellectual potential. Special attention is paid to the capitalization of intellectual potential of the scientific community and the creation of innovative results of intellectual activity.          The monograph is intended for researchers and specialists in the sphere of modernization and innovative development, education, intellectual capacity and capital in regions of the country, as well as for students in relevant fields of study.
