Abstract

The history of the “guvernerstvo” in Russia starts with the XVII century. The Foreign tutors had special impact on the development of the system of the home education and of all national system of the education in Russia. Studying of changes of the professional status of the tutor depending on the state protectionist policy; the analysis of professionalism, competence and education status of tutors at various stages of formation of professional group; an assessment of personal social mobility and social mobility of group are a subjects of sociological research. In this article is describing features of realization of status some positions of the Foreign tutor in Russia since 1917 are considered so far.
