Abstract

The article deals with the specifics and the role of family in the primary socialization of the child's personality. Child labor in the family  is the subject of analysis. The priority areas of social protection and adaptation of youth in the conditions of social changes in contemporary Russian society are identified. The process of inclusion of Russian young people in social production and the labor behavior of children (young people) as their ontogenetic maturation and socialization of labor are analyzed. The results of a number of complex regional studies of the different age categories of the Ural youth (children, teenagers, students), conducted in 2008-2016 are represented.
