Abstract

The report discusses the problems of consolidation of modern Russian society through the prism of various sections of the public consciousness, highlighted by the criterion of public-private, active - passive systems to adapt to changes, on the interpretation of the desired models for the development of the country, according to the interpretation of the formation of a civic nation.
