Abstract

The author emphasizes epochal Russian revolution as well as advances an idea that the influence of this revolution put into the shade other socialist projects (social democratic, religious, national etc) which led to its disappearance within dogmatic ideology. The previous century after revolution proves that existing socialism is not only limited to the sociality of Soviet type. It is ideologically multicolored and politically multiform. The collapse of the Soviet Union and similar regimes brought the socialism out of the shadows. It turned out that it was just one of the models of social organization.  In this article the author justifies the conclusion of liberal reformism failure as the weapon against the revolution as well as describes its negative impact on the life of post-Soviet society.
