Abstract

The article deals with the shift work organization in the oil and gas complex. It carries out the sociological diagnostics of the living conditions of shift personnel, social problems and consequences of mobile labor and a multi-local way of life, available resources and opportunities to increase the efficiency of the planned development of the oil and gas complex and the quality of life of its participants relying on the sociological research performed by the author during four decades on the territory of the Western Siberian sector of the Arctic and Subarctic regions, The article deals with the shift work organization in the oil and gas complex.
