Abstract

The book of greetings and memories written by friends, colleagues and disciples of Asalhana  Olanovica Boronoev, the first Decan of the faculty sociologists from St. Petersburg state University. They reveal aspects of his character, methods of work with young people, the results of scientific research. A special place was paid to the establishment and development of the faculty of sociology, its areas of work.
