Abstract

The article raises the question of the importance of ethical values and an organizational culture that is extremely important status in terms of the creation and improvement of new socio - economic relations in society in a globalized economy of the XXI century. In modern management science, allegedly believed that culture is rated as a leading factor in economic development, along with the market. This shows a profound change of thinking in the humanitarian sphere, and the formation of a new type of administrative relations and management relations based on common values of the organization, and shared managers and subordinates in the organization.
