Abstract

Modern world continue to compress and becoming faster, and the processes of scientific researchers in the history of sociology and other sciences are compressing and becoming faster as well. I convince that the participation of any scholar and scientist in public sphere and in the blogs and social networks is the ethical norm of modern science. The book contains the author’s short notes and comments related to the above processes published at the Official Site of the Institute of Sociology of the FNISC of the Russian Academy of Sciences in the run of the 2000s. The majority of the notes are personified because the author is deeply convinced that the history and theory of any science are, first of all, is a result of individual efforts. The book is supplied with the Subject Index and the Index of Names, and contains the list of the main publications of the author. The book is addressed to the social and natural scientists as well as to those who are interested in the history of Russian science.
