Abstract

Today traditional problems of employment, including lack of experience, lack of professional competence, precarization of youth employment and other are aggravated not only by the growing gap between the education system and the labour market but also by the increasing rates of technological development, on which the proportional relationship between arising and replacing professions depends. The proposed article invites to consider the job shift as a form of possible adaptation of youth to the complex of existing and emerging circumstances. The main characteristics of people changing their job, the distinctive features and motives of the young generation, as well as different educational strategies for participation in retraining programs based on the analysis of state statistics and the in-depth interviews are shown.
