Abstract

The article analyzes the post-transformation processes in the countries of Central and South-Eastern Europe, highlighting the specifics of the two subregions with different levels of political culture. The author shows the significance of the departure from the statist model of political culture, the essence of improving the model of social relations in the course of the formation of the foundations of the network society. Networking is considered as a factor of growth of civil activity and politicization of society.
