The author identifies the following key problems: the impossibility of an objective ranking of values revealed by sociological methods; the ideological deadlock of liberal democracy, caused by the rejection of its Christian foundations; excessive attention to robotization and digitalization of the economy, while the danger is outside. The report also shows how the social action model characteristic of Russian localities can be a form of overcoming the difficulties associated with both forced digitalization and global instability.
