Leaves from a Russian diary is the first book of Pitirim Sorokin written and published in USA in 1924 Personal experience Sorokina – active participant in the revolution, private Secretary to Alexander Kerensky, the editor of the right socialist-revolutionary newspaper Will of the people – all this contributed to the fact that his book became a vivid document of the era, which even today is read with unflagging interest.
