Abstract

The role of Russian culture in ensuring Russia’s national security is convincingly demonstrated, the results of sociological studies of the current state of Russian culture surrounded by new «values» of globalism are analyzed, the risks and barriers that have arisen in the last decades in the understanding and perception of traditional values are indicated. The findings can significantly improve the effectiveness of state policy in the field of preservation and development of national culture.
