Abstract

The following problems of the Russian market are considered labor as aging, gender asymmetry, dynamics of foreign trade growth migrations. The importance of age in the new conditions is emphasized. technologies. Due to low employment of young people under the age of 20 it is proposed to adjust the lower limit of working age and adoption for utilitarian purposes of the upper limits of the retirement age in in accordance with the ongoing pension reform. The value is marked active activity of the elderly Gender asymmetry of the employed discussed in connection with the supermortality of men in the able-bodied age. It is concluded that the stabilization of the balance of external migration it may well be made up for by a reduction in male mortality in working age from external causes and diseases of the system blood circulation.
