Abstract

In the context of the development of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, the problem of providing the health system not only with highly qualified medical workers, but also with secondary medical personnel, who bear the burden of working in such difficult conditions as today, has become of particular strategic importance. A significant reduction in Junior and secondary medical staff in recent years, in the course of optimizing the health system, has led to a significant shortage of these categories of workers in all medical institutions - not only in hospitals, but also in polyclinics, where the admission of doctors without nurses has become common. However, the current situation has proved the need for such workers, which significantly updates the author's research and the proposed methodology.
