Abstract

Currently, Tajikistan is the second country after Uzbekistan that provides Russia with labor migrants. In addition to their home countries, migrant workers also bring profits to the host countries ' economies. Also, migrants mostly work in non-prestigious niches in the labor market with difficult working conditions, which local residents do not always agree to.
