Abstract

The problems of quick transformation of universities towards their deeper digitalization are under consideration.  Pandenic conditions of life have created new contexts for the emergence of new institution - Digital University. Nevetheless digitalization of the higher education started many years ago, only now we can talk about the real genesis of its new institutional form on the global scale, new roles, aims, and mission. The gradual evoilution from simple distant education to artificial intellect in higher education states the positive shift in institutional formation. Thus,  in university culture and ethics.
