Abstract

The adaptation of immigrants is accompanied by some difficulties. The main one is the job search, which usually takes several months. But most migrants get a job as a result. There are many agencies operating in the OECD countries that provide social services to people who come here for permanent residence: insurance, medical care, social benefits, legal advice, English language training and new professions, personal growth trainings.
