Abstract

The purpose of the research is to clarify the semantic field of the concept of «demographic security», because general interpretive schemes are the basis for making managerial decisions aimed at demographic growth of the population of the Russian Federation. The methodological basis of the research represents the fundamental provisions of the concept of demographic development. The paper uses procedures of theoretical interpretation as procedures for constructing meanings and management tasks in the field of solving demographic problems. The results of the research. The most important final result of the analysis on the stated analysis is a consistent interpretation of the concept of demographic security. Clarification of the semantic field makes it possible to set management tasks more clearly. Among other things due to this result scientific work of the Institute for Demographic Research of the Federal Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences (IDI of the Federal Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences) is being built, as well as scientific and practical projects that are important for solving demographic problems in the Russian Federation are being implemented. The paper systematizes the key concepts, presents the results aimed at forming a professional community in the field of demography and strengthening student families as one of the types of a young family.
