Abstract

The article examines the phenomenon of digitalization in the context of the humanitarian expertise of innovations of the modern world. It is noted that digital transformation expands the possibilities of interaction between a person and society, not only offers innovative technologies for a new information, network society, but also changes a person’s consciousness, thinking, and worldview.It is shown that the humanitarian expertise of innovations in the conditions of digitalization is becoming more and more in demand, and its importance for assessing development prospects, challenges and risks is only increasing in conditions of increasing uncertainty, complexity and instability of social development.The features of the methodology of humanitarian expertise include the following parameters: assessment of the technological component of the project submitted for examination; its social component; value aspects and socio-cultural component of the project should be taken into account. The authors come to the conclusion that the basis of humanitarian expertise is the person himself, as well as the values of society, its socio-cultural potential.It is proved that in the context of the humanitarian expertise of digitalization, it is necessary to distinguish several of its components: technological and social. Using the example of a social group of young people, the influence of digital transformation on a modern person is shown from the perspective of the methodology of humanitarian expertise.
