Abstract

Against the background of the growing criminalization of the Russian community, a special problem in the field of continuity of generations and, of course, in the field of upbringing and education was (and is today) the illegal actions of young people in general and, first of all, the deviant behavior of children and adolescents. It would be incorrect to associate the latter only with the negative consequences of the ongoing socio-economic reforms in Russia as a whole and in certain regions, in particular, in the Urals in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
