Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the problems of return migration from Russia to Kyrgyzstan and the consideration of scientific information about it as an informational basis for the activities of non-profit non-governmental organizations. The purpose of the article is to consider the characteristics and factors of labor migration and return migration from Russia to Kyrgyzstan, as well as the justification of the information received as an information basis for the work of non-profit non-governmental organizations with migrants and their families. Semi-structured interviews with Kyrgyz labor migrants in Moscow and the Moscow region became the basis of the method of collecting information (due to difficult access to the studied category of respondents, a snowball sample was used). 107 respondents were interviewed. As a result of the study, it is concluded that the factors affecting labor migration and return migration can serve as an information base for the formation of assistance directions and the acquisition of new lists of services provided by NGOs to return migrants and their families. It is proved that currently in Kyrgyzstan, the activities of NGOs in the field of work with returning migrants are at the initial stage of their formation, but have significant potential.
