Abstract

The article notes that today social science itself, like humanity, is going through a transitional period, a new social philosophy is being built with its non-classical paradigm, a worldview is changing, enriched with models of probabilistic scenarios for the development of the world. The sociocultural aspects we have considered are the most impressive example of this. Today, Russia and almost every post-Soviet republic, based on world experience, is trying to develop its own unique model of development. Each such society in a new phase of development is faced with inevitable political and economic transformations that require a radical transformation, as well as a change in the cultural tradition rooted in the consciousness and self-awareness of the people.
