Abstract

Today, the Russian economy is developing in completely "unique conditions" that none of the analysts and experts in Russia and abroad could have predicted. Absolutely new tasks and problems have arisen that are related to the influence of exogenous and endogenous factors, as well as challenges against the background of unprecedented sanctions pressure (at the moment, the number of sanctions imposed against our country is the maximum and has no analogues in terms of their number in any country in the world). This predetermined the need to develop production in the context of import substitution and the introduction of the concept of industrial sovereignty. All the identified challenges and emerging problems are mitigated by strategic decisions made by the Government of the Russian Federation. New Programs and National Projects are being developed that should meet not only modern challenges, but also contribute to the socio-economic development of the country. The new targets were outlined by the President of the Russian Federation in the Decree "On the National Development Goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030 and for the future up to 2036", the achievement of which is a strategic task. That is why effective approaches and methods are needed to assess the current and future level of achievement of socio-economic indicators. The article presents the author's methodology (approach) for constructing forecast values of the selected target indicators for the development of the Russian Federation from the point of view of analyzing the possibilities of their achievability (based on visualization)
