Abstract

The article examines the differences between a group that is antipathetic to foreign countries and a group that does not have such antipathies. The differences between the groups are considered at the level of socio-demographic specifications and at the level of the specifics of the perception of international life. The level of international relations is fixed on the basis of value orientations and involvement in the information agenda of modern international relations. As a result, it was revealed that gender and age play a role at the socio-demographic level; There are no differences in the level of education and belonging to a socio-professional group. It is established that the main difference between the groups under consideration lies not in the sphere of value differences, but in the sphere of involvement in the information agenda regarding international life. This is expressed in the fact that in a group that has antipathies, the minimum proportion of those who find it difficult to express their own opinions compared to a group that does not have antipathies. At the same time, the trends of opinions on issues of international life among these groups demonstrate a high degree of similarity.
